Dragons finally taste victory
Second match of Anchor Premier League, GreatWhite Tuskers won the toss and elected to bat first against Epiphany Dragons. Both teams were hunting for a win after a disappointing performance in ACC 4.0.
As the top order failed for the Tuskers it was the middle order batsmen, Jaymin Mehta & Captain, Pratik Chitalia who carried the baton for the team. Tuskers managed to put up 155 runs on the board and looked up to the bowlers to defend this par score on the slow wicket of Khalsa Cricket Ground.
With debutant Rohan Chhajed at crease, Epiphany Dragons started off with a storm. Scoring a formidable 61 of 55, Rohan Chhajed was looking to seal the win early but to his disappointment got out to Vishal Madlani with the team needing only 17 runs to win. Wicket-keeper batsman Ajit Nair along with Rohan brought out the fireworks scoring 52 of 24 and finished off in style with a SIX!
Tapan Mehta was super excited with this convincing win and looking to win convincingly against Kangaroos over the weekend. -

Jaguars got Anchored and Crushed Athletic Kangaroos
Starting off with the first match on the 6th of January 2021, Jaguars open their account with a Win, connecting their name to the Anchor worked for the team. Athletic Kangaroos could not match up to their playing excellence.
Anchor Jaguars: Coming Back after a year’s hiatus the Jaguars looked all prepped up with Kyan Bharucha & Vishal Patel as their debutants in Sportobuddy’s Anchor City Championship 2021.
After winning the toss, the Kangaroos decided to bat first to set a promising total for the Jaguars to chase. Shams Lakhani & Akshay Tungare both collapsed early, it was Jigar Soni who scored a speedy knock of 31 off 14 balls. Kangaroos were held to 141 runs which was probably 20 to 25 runs short of a good fighting total.
Opening with Kyan Bharucha the Jaguars expected him to threaten the opposition but failing to do so Kyan fell short as a top-order batsman scoring a meagre total of 17 off 12 balls. Finally, it was the middle order with Vishal Majmudar took Anchor Jaguars home. Vishal Majmudar was Man of the Match for his 50 runs from 32 balls.
Athletic Kangaroos have promised to bounce back harder in their next match, lets see if Dhrumal Parikh can stop his loosing spree. -

A Unique Concept Interlacing And Celebrating Bonds: The Baap-Beta Challenge
We've heard people say, it's all in the name and as the name suggests we at "Sportobuddy", thrive on making the field of sports more endearing, as it's our constant endeavour to try to instil a sense of sport in our everyday lives with all that we do.
Well, at least that's the philosophy of it all. Though for those curious buds wanting to deep dive further, please refer to our blog.
The thought stemmed from the need of celebrating a journey and strengthening human bonds while latching alongside the spirit of the beautiful game. Cricket was the rider championing the cause when musing about the workability and design this unique concept.
This was a journey of the shaping of a heartfelt idea worth remembering as much for its creators and as much joy it will be for those involved in developing it, and even more for those participating in it; we hope. Today, the need of the hour beckons more than just team bonding. It is about celebrating the bond between the much-celebrated duo; Yes, we're indeed speaking of the father and son and the eternal bond they share.
The turf is ready, and the game is on and Are you ready? Ready to face the call of the challenge. It’s time to be a sport and test the mettle of your bond. Through this concept, we’re going to put this chemistry to test on the turf, though this challenge.
The uniqueness of this concept is that it will be played between these duos who will be battling it out against the other duos who will either be bowling or fielding. Eventually, each set of pair on the field, each pair at a given time, take their chance of getting a hit in the middle they then defend whilst assuming fielding or bowling positions.
So, it's a Duo Vs Duo. Well If this doesn't manage to tickle your sport buds. We thought maybe a round-robin would be an interesting twist. The game goes progressing and eventually, one duo will triumph. This could be you, and this could be your chance of grabbing this opportunity.
Sportobuddy introduces & invites you to the first-ever edition of - "The Baap-Beta Challenge"- Format Double Wicket
- Group Stage Round Robin
- Dates Sunday 8th Sept. 2019, 10am to 1pm
- Venue Wilson Turf
- Participation Fee @ 200 Per Player
The details, technicalities and working have been thought through; having a points-based system in place rewarding for positives and the negation of points for not attempting or fulfilling certain tasks. A good mix of recreational task-based, cricket and targeted scoring and defending circuit game.
We hope we have your support & participation in finding this Duo, we're looking for.
We’re awaiting entries for this do. The only question is, will you be there; To find the real Sports-Buddy in you?
As CRICKET is a game of glorious uncertainties, do come over to find out more...

Kutchi Pumas bowled their way to victory.
The match between Kutchi Pumas vs Wild Zebras was played at Khalsa College Ground for this season of My Father My Anchor which was won by Kutchi Pumas by a mammoth 101 runs. This came as a big surprise as Wild Zebras had won their previous match by 8 wickets in hand but they were stunned by the bowling powers of Kutchi Pumas bowlers who gave them no chance as Wild Zebras were bowled out at 88 runs in 20 overs.Wild Zebras won the toss and elected to field first but that decision backfired as Kutchi Pumas Batsmen were smashing the runs in all directions. Wild Zebras had moderate success in taking their wickets but it was Viral Chheda and Nitin Deshmukh's partnership in the end that helped Kutchi Pumas to score a total of 188 runs and it was a good enough score to defend against Wild Zebras.Wild Zebras batsmen had to give their best on this day to chase the score but they were no match to play the balls from Kutchi Pumas bowlers as they started losing wickets one after another. Kutchi Pumas had some amazing performances from the players both with the ball and bat but it was Lavesh Mahera who was the most standout performer as he was awarded man of the match for 28 runs in 16 balls while hitting 3 fours and 1 six as well as taking 4 wickets in 4 overs as he gave away 19 runs. JNS Jaguars roar their way to win the Elite Final - MCMA.

This was one of the most extraordinary final which was filled with nail-biting moments as the match was won in the last over of the game.Utpal Warriors won the toss and elected to bat first and managed to score 157 runs as the JNS Jaguars bowlers were bowling with full aggression. Minesh Shah and Hemal Jain had a good opening partnership of 62 runs but was broken by Manmeet Singh Gulati when he bowled out Hemal Jain. After the first wicket, Utpal Warriors players found it hard to have a good partnership between them.JNS Jaguars chased the score as their Opening Batsman had a good partnership where they both scored half-centuries. Pratik Chitalia won the battle of the Captains.
The game between Raging Rhinos vs Speedy Cheetahs at Khalsa College Ground was all about who will stand out as the best captain in the match between Pratik Chitalia of Raging Rhinos and Vinod Lund of Speedy Cheetahs and Pratik Chitalia came out as a winner and man he and his team did it in spectacular fashion. Speedy Cheetahs won the toss and elected to field first against Raging Rhinos and boy that was not a wise choice as Raging Rhinos openers Pratik Chitalia and Dharmesh Anuwadia started smashing fours and sixes in all directions on the pitch. The partnership between Pratik Chitalia and Dharmesh Anuwadia was so fantastic to watch as they had scored a massive 122 runs in 6 overs. In the next over Pratik was bowled out by Gautam Manocha but that did not stop Raging Rhinos to unleash their batting rage on Speedy Cheetahs as they smashed their bowlers and scored a massive 182 runs in 10 overs. Raging Rhinos were not just good with their bat but also with the ball as their bowlers hardly gave any chance to Speedy Cheetahs to have a decent partnership between their batsman as they lost the match by 98 runs.We saw some good performances in the match but it was Dharmesh Anuwadia of Raging Rhinos who stole the show by scoring 91 runs in 25 balls while hitting 10 fours and 8 sixes as well as taking 5 wickets in 2 overs. Vishal Gehani of Speedy Cheetahs was awarded the most valuable player of the match. The focus of the match was the two captains and by the performances of the team, we can surely guess who triumphed as the best captain on the pitch for the day. It would be interesting to see how both the teams performed from here on now for the rest of the season in this season of My Father My Anchor.Stay tuned for more on Sportobuddy. -

AVM YODHAS SHINE OUT AS STARS IN THE STAR FINAL – MCMA
What a thrilling season this has turned out to be in My Child My Anchor as Rroaring Lions played against AVM Yodhas in the Star Final at Khalsa College Ground. The match was dominated by the bowlers in both the innings which restricted the batsman to make this a high scoring game which we have seen quite often in this season. AVM Yodhas came into the final by winning the semi-final match against Mount Litera Mustang by hitting a mammoth score of 303 runs and Rroaring Lions came into the final by winning the semi-final match against JB Super Dads where they bowled them out at 94 runs.AVM Yodhas won the toss and elected to field first against Rroaring Lions as they had a strong batting line up and the confidence to chase the score that would be set by Rroaring Lions. The decision to field first had already started to look like a wise decision as the first over was bowled maiden and they took a wicket in the second over. AVM Yodhas had managed to restrict the score to 120 runs and took 8 wickets as Rroaring Lions found it hard to face their sharp bowling.AVM Yodhas thought that they can easily chase the score but they were in for a surprise from the bowlers of Rroaring Lions as they took a wicket in the first over which was also a maiden over and after 5 overs AVM Yodhas had only managed to score 11 runs and lost 2 wickets. Rroaring lions were gaining momentum with their bowling as they realised if they keep bowling the same way they can go and defend their score. They were bowling some good balls but couldn't restrict AVM Yodhas as they kept their calm and chased the score in the 18th over. The match produced some good individual moments but the most standout performance in the match was given by Chetan Kapoor who won the man of the match award by scoring 53 runs in 42 balls as well as bowling 4 overs and only giving away 20 runs. Samir Kaul was awarded thunderbolt sixes. The win was a glorious one for AVM Yodhas as they won this season Star final of My Child My Anchor Season.

Ronak Sheth(Fierce Mustangs - Peddar Road) boy with his 5 wickets from 5 balls reminded us of Gary Sobers and Lasith Malinga.
One of the best matches of this season - My father My Anchor was played between Fierce Mustangs (Peddar Road) VS Deadly Scorpions (Kemps Corner) which was won by Deadly Scorpions (Kemps Corner) in the last over and with the last wicket in hand. We saw one of the finest display of gameplay both with the bat and with the ball from both the teams. Fierce Mustangs (Peddar Road) had a very respectable score of 208 runs and Deadly Scorpions had to change their game plan to chase the score. The second innings had a brilliant surprise twist in the 18th over when it looked like a comfortable win for Deadly Scorpions but we witnessed some extraordinary bowling from Fierce Mustang (Peddar Road) bowler Ronak Seth as he bowled out 5 players of Deadly Scorpions (Kemps Corner) in 5 balls and he also claimed a hattrick. This was one of the best bowling display and one of the best moments in the ACC League as we had never witnessed someone bowl with such ruthlessness and finesse to bowl out 5 players in a single over. Fierce Mustangs boys were extremely proud but would have been a cherry on top if they would have won the game.Fierce Mustang (Peddar Road) was almost successful in stealing the victory from Deadly Scorpions But this extraordinary show of display from Ronak Seth was not enough for them to win the match as the damage had already been done with intelligent batting by Rahul Soni who scored 145 runs in 63 balls and hit 23 fours and 6 sixes as it was his runs that made the difference. Hence Deadly Scorpions (Kemps Corner) claimed their third victory of the season by chasing 208 runs. Rahul Soni with his blistering 145 is almost in the top 3 players of My Father My Anchor League. The match gave us two quality individual performances from each team as Rahul Soni and Ronak Seth won the man of the match award and Rahul Soni won Most sixes scored. Karan Chugh of Fierce Mustang (Peddar Road) won the most valuable player as he scored 46 runs in 15 balls by hitting 5 fours and 4 sixes. Fierce Mustang (Peddar Road) will take lots of positives from this match and have promised themselves to win the balance match in My Father My Anchor tournament.Stay tuned for more on Sportobulletin. -

Wild Zebras narrowly won the match.
Wild Zebras entered the match with a loss in the previous match against Giant Megadolons and Anchor Stallions entered the match with a win in the previous match but it was Wild Zebras who came back strongly in this match and showed their batting power by scoring 199 runs in 20 overs but barely scraped out of the match as Anchor Stallions gave a good chase in the 2nd innings as they fell 17 runs short as they scored 182 runs in 20 overs. We saw some amazing batting today from both the teams who were smashing fours and sixes left and right but it was Paras Zaveri of Wild Zebras who stole the show as he scored 109 runs in 56 balls at a run rate of 194.64 as he hit 7 sixes and 10 fours. Paras Zaveri was surely in fine form today as it was his runs that made the difference in the match as Anchor Stallions came really close to make a famous run chase which we have seen them do before as well.Anchor Stallions captain Siddharth Bihani was not in his usual form today like we saw in Anchor Premier League but Sayed Riyazuddin was focused on his batting to chase the score as he scored 98 runs off 59 balls and looked destined to score his first hundred of the My Child My Anchor season but was LBW by some smart bowling by Harsh Mehta.Paras Zaveri played some fine Cricket today and for that, he won Man of the Match award for his century and Thunderbolt sixes as he hit 7 sixes in the match. The most valuable player award for the match was given to Sayed Riyazuddin. Both teams will have to analyse their game and the areas they need to improve for their next match where Anchor Stallions will play against Mystic Jaguars and Wild Zebras will play against Power Panther as they all will be looking at topping their group in this season of My Father My Anchor.Stay tuned on Sportobulletin for more. -

A Competitive Quarterfinals Day for the Anchor Premier League
The eight qualifying teams were eagerly awaiting the quarterfinals of Anchor Premier League, which took place yesterday. Exceptional performances were seen by each of the eight teams, keeping the spectators gripped onto the matches from beginning to the end. Unfortunately, only four teams could qualify for the semifinals.
Sportobuddy congratulates Roaring Lions (Walkeshwar), Anchor Stallions (Bandra), Giant Megalodons (Central Chembur) and Deadly Scorpions (Kemps Corner) for playing some fantastic cricket yesterday and wishes them all the best for tomorrow, where they will be battling it out for a place in the Final.
Quarterfinal 1 saw Roaring Lions who sneaked into the quarterfinals defeat one of the best, if not the best team Raging Rhinos with the help of some power hitting by Shailesh Maniyar. Raging Rhinos think they lost because of the early morning conditions but Captain, Pratik Chitalia doesn’t agree to that and has promised to bounce back harder in My Father My Anchor.
Quarterfinal 2 saw Anchor Stallions narrowly defeat Wild Zebras with the help of a brilliant all-round performance by Sujit Sawant. There was a ray of hope for Wild Zebras with Anchor Stallions' slow over rate but that was also ruled out by the umpires. There are huge expectations from Anchor Stallions and Captain, Siddharth Bihani to lift the trophy.
Quarterfinal 3 saw Giant Megalodons with the help of Vishal Pandey live up to their name by hammering Brawny Bulls, bowling them out in just 11.2 overs. Brawny Bulls just gave up on their last two matches. We hope they bounce back in My Father My Anchor.
Quarterfinal 4, a nail-biting match where Deadly Scorpions just crossed the line by defeating Fierce Mustangs on the last ball in one of the closest matches Anchor Premier League has seen. Sahil Shah was instrumental in restricting Fierce Mustangs to a respectable total and Sagar Masrani helped them finish the game in style. Sagar Masrani displayed the first Greatwhite Switch Shot in this match. And kudos to Vishal Shah who led Fierce Mustangs yesterday for their performance in a worthy quarterfinal match, both teams deserved to win but there could only be one winner. Once they have their full squad back, we can expect bigger fireworks in My Father My Anchor.
Will Giant Megalodons make it two in a row after their Anchor Perfect 10 capture or will Deadly Scorpions end their impressive run? And will Roaring Lions' fairytale run continue, or will the seasoned amateurs Anchor Stallions mark their spot in the finals of Anchor Premier League 2019?
Who do you think will be one step closer to lifting that beautiful Anchor Premier League trophy?
Stay tuned to Sportobulletin to find out!

Birthday Bashing!
A big upset of APL 2019 saw Raging Rhinos (Juhu) get thrashed in just 7.3 overs. Captain Pratik Chitalia looked dejected with the unworthy performance of his team as the team walked off the field in just 30 minutes after losing all their wickets.
Did their over confidence and superiority complex get the better of them?
On the other hand, a big shout out to the bowling side of Brawny Bulls (Dadar). It seemed like Mehul Vira had cast his spell and taken 5 wickets in 3 overs, leaving the top class batsmen of Raging Rhinos (Juhu) speechless, who felt that 200 runs in this match was a no-brainer. Priyank Vira was also very effective in taking 4 beautiful wickets, and playing an essential part in leading Brawny Bulls (Dadar) to one of the biggest victories of this season.
Fun Fact: Raging Rhinos (Juhu) are now the highest as well as the lowest scorers of APL 2019! -

A Memorable Win for Raging Rhinos
The highest scoring game of the Anchor Premier League 2019 saw the favourites – Raging Rhinos (Juhu) set a target of 289 runs in 20 overs during their outstanding victory against Greatwhite Tuskers (Worli).
Dharmesh Anuwadia was the man of the moment and set the stage on fire, thrashing all the Greatwhite Tuskers (Worli) bowlers one at a time, and scoring a total of 130 runs in just 40 balls. The match seemed like it was Dharmesh Anuwadia vs Greatwhite Tuskers, because he alone was able to take on the team in its entirety, smashing every ball that came his way out of the ground. Even the experienced bowlers of Tuskers were shocked by this spell and could not understand how to stop him.
This is a special post for Dharmesh from the Sportobuddy team to congratulate him on his performance and take a well-deserved recovery day. We hope Greatwhite Tuskers (Worli) can improve on strategizing and planning and wish Raging Rhinos (Juhu) all the best for their next game.

Greatwhite Tuskers Rise Only to Fall Again
The underdogs of Anchor City Championship, Greatwhite Tuskers (Worli) played a fantastic match against Novex Tigers (Andheri) and to the surprise of everyone managed to secure a win by 4 wickets. Captain Varun Suchdev says that he is happy with a few additional players in the team and is pumped for the Anchor Premier League. Chirag Ahir bowled a fabulous 4 overs, conceding only 2 runs and taking 4 wickets, and Vishal Karia's knock of 54 in 31 balls was instrumental in taking the team over the line. Greatwhite Tuskers (Worli) is looking hopeful to compete in the International Championship to be held in May.
However, overconfidence is the most dangerous form of carelessness. In their next match against Speedy Cheetahs (Andheri West), the Greatwhite Tuskers (Worli) were thrashed when Speedy Cheetahs chased the target of 127 in just 14.3 overs. Their batting did not click right from the start and the bowling side did not manage to perform as expected. This got us thinking if their first win was just based on pure luck. The team needs to pull up their socks for the APL if they want to keep their pride intact and play the international tournament.
Here's wishing Tuskers a good recovery for their next game.

Aditya Rajani instrumental in leading AB Devils to victory.
Coming in at number 7, after his team AB Devils was struggling to keep up with the scoring rate, Aditya Rajani (51*of 33 balls) stitched a brilliant partnership with Rishit Maniyar (23* of 30 balls) for the 6th wicket. Rotating the strike at regular intervals and keeping the scoreboard ticking, MRV Risers were left with very few bowling options and were dependent on their part time bowlers to finish the job for them. Aditya and Rishit took full advantage of the oppositions error to utilise all their main bowlers in the initial overs and went all guns blazing as soon as the part timers came in to bowl and finished off the game in style in the 19th over.We congratulate Aditya Rajani for winning the Rine Bars Thunderbolt Sixes and the Man of the Match award and wish him luck for the upcoming matches.

Pratik Chitalia to snatch the captaincy from Varun Suchdev?
We have come across rumors about Pratik Chitalia, (currently the captain of Raging Rhinos in the Anchor City Championship) replacing Varun Suchdev as the Greatwhite Tusker's captain from the next season. Pratik , who was the captain of Novex Tigers (Andheri) in the previous season, changed his team and is currently leading the Raging Rhinos (Juhu) . Now, we have the news of him changing teams again in the next season. Pratik seems to be jumping pretty soon from one team to another.
This news might be a big shock and blow to the Raging Rhinos as they are banking on Pratik to lead the team to victory as he had led the Tigers to APL victory in the last season.
It would be interesting to know how much Greatwhite Tuskers (Worli) is offering Pratik Chitalia for this!
Stay tuned to Sportobulletin!!

Big wins for JNS Jaguars and Utpal Warriors on day 2 of MCMA
The second double header of MCMA season 2 saw JNS Jaguars and Utpal Warriors emerge victorious.
Bhaktyar Irani (76*) continued his blistering form with the bat, helping the Jaguars to a formidable total of 206 in the allotted 20 overs. He was supported well by Rohit Saraf (51 of 27 balls). The only shining light in the AB Devils bowling side was their captain Kunal Photographer, who was good with the ball returning with excellent figures of 4 overs 20 runs and 1 wicket. In reply, AB Devils could only manage 119 runs, handing a big 87 run victory to the Jaguars. With this win JNS Jaguars sit comfortably at the top of the table in their group.
The match under the lights between AVM Yodhas and Utpal Warriors was a nail biting one. AVM Yodhas won the toss and elected to bat first. Utpal Warriors were great with the ball and restricted AVM Yodhas to a below par score of 149 in 20 overs. In retaliation, Utpal Warriors started their batting with a bang. Chasing a bonus point, the batsmen were aggressive from the word ‘Go’ and each of them played a great knock, defining team sprit and managing to secure the win with a bonus point.

Bhaktyar scored 87 runs off just 61 balls , hitting 9 fours and 2 sixes. Jeetinder Diwan complemented Bhaktyar with a wonderful innings of 83 runs off 39 balls.
The second match between United Daredevils and JNS Young Veterans was also captivating as Neel Parikh from JNS Veterans played a wonderful innings of 45 runs off 38 balls , slashing 6 boundaries. Jaymin Mehta helped the team win comfortably by taking 3 wickets. Ram Verma's spell of 55 runs and 2 wickets failed to lead the team to victory.

Raging Rhinos all set for Anchor Premier League
Pratik Chitalia, captain of Raging Rhinos(Juhu), in an interview, has provided us with some interesting information. He is firstly very proud and happy with his team and it's players. As we all know, they lost a very close game against the Kaira Coyotes(Goregaon) ,which was the decider game.
Nevertheless, that is behind them and they look forward to a good performance in the Anchor Premier League . They are going to go ahead with the same squad as the previous 2 leagues. They have always been a good side , performing fairly and with full team spirit.
They have a few injured players at the moment but they will be back with a bang by the time the APL starts. Pratik also says that there is so much talent in the team that at times , it gets difficult to decide who to play.
Also, they are extremely confident that they will win against Kaira coyotes the next time they face off and they look forward to it.
It is a challenge from raging Rhinos to Kaira Coyotes!!
Sportobuddy wishes Raging Rhinos good luck for the Anchor Premier League.

There can be only one #1 team
A gripping final between Giant Megalodons (Central Chembur) and Roaring Lions (Walkeshwar) on 12th December, saw the Giant Megalodons (Central Chembur) emerge victorious. It was a thrilling game that went on till the very end with the Megalodons winning by only one run. It was a matter of just two catches or Ankit Bhalaria would have taken the trophy for his team, Roaring Lions (Walkeshwar). We congratulate Giant Megalodons (Central Chembur) on their win and wish all other teams
good luck for the Anchor Premier League.

Bizarre End to Kaira Coyotes Journey in Anchor Perfect 10.
A sad let down by the Kaira Coyotes(Goregaon) in the knock-out match between Kaira Coyotes(Goregaon) and Giant Megalodons(Central Chembur) last evening.
Despite a brilliant performance throughout Anchor Super Fast & Anchor Perfect 10, Kaira Coyotes(Goregaon), one of the best teams of Anchor City Championship was knocked in quarter finals in Anchor Perfect 10.
Captain Faisal Patel gifted the match to Giant Megalodons(Central Chembur) when he broke the record of the Pakistani bowler Mohammad Sami of the most number of balls in an over. Faisal bowled a 32 balls over and conceded 30 runs with 15 wides and 2 no balls.
This is why the headline bizarre, as it was a knock out game to Championship. We are eagerly waiting for a comeback from the Coyotes in the Anchor Premier League.

Captains's Knock goes in vain
Despite having a good team, there was no stunning comeback from the Tuskers. There was lack of co-ordination among the team members and also lack of seriousness as a few players did not show up for the match including the team owner Mr. Mehul Shah. Varun Suchdev played a captains knock, but the efforts went in vain. As for Karan Joshi, who had built high expectations, aggregated negative score as his bails went flying on the first ball of the innings. Vinod Lund was pleasantly surprised with his team performance and is very optimistic on winning the next one- " Anchor Premier League".

ASF Favourites - Deadly Scorpions had to bid adieu to the Anchor Perfect 10.
Deadly Scorpions(Kemps Corner), runners-up of the Anchor Super Fast fail to qualify for the qualification round of the Anchor Perfect 10 as they have been knocked out in the league stage itself.
Invincible Kiwis(Prabhadevi) thrashed them by 35 runs and also acquired a bonus point twice in the league stage, practically knocking the Deadly Scorpions(Kemps Corner) out of the tournament and proving to be truly invincible!! Captain Chetan Kapoor is confident of his team winning in the next round of qualification.

A massive defeat to remember for the Bombay Devil's Stallions
Absence of a few key players for a crucial match led to a dismal performance by the Bombay Devil's Stallions (Bandra), crashing them out of the Anchor Perfect 10 with a massive loss to Giant Megalodons(Central Chembur). Captain of the Bombay Devils Stallions, Siddharth Bihani was seen leaving the ground with his head held low and the team looked utterly dejected. Further to the result of this match, Giant Megalodons(Central Chembur) have qualified for the qualification round of Anchor Perfect 10 with a loud victory.
Do you think Stallions can make a come back in the Anchor Premiere League?

Due to inconsistent captaincy and bad team performance in NSCI Tournaments(MPL-2018 and NCL 1-2018), Greatwhite has decided to go with a new captain in NCL 2 - 2019. Greatwhite wants Varun to concentrate on his batting and give his best on the field. We look forward to bigger innings from Varun Suchdev in Anchor Premier League and NCL 2 - 2019.
